Parked outside the car park on 2 sets of double yellow, without a pay and display ticket. They might as well spray painted on the car "Please give me a god damn parking ticket you arsehole ticket inspector, and also, your wife is a whore!"

I suspect this driver is a elderly man aged between 65-75 years of age, dressed in trousers, shirt and tie, tank top and a beige jacket who was last seen coming out of Greenwoods gents shop or a dole scrounging, work-shy, glassbacked, incapacity benefit claiming fraudster who feels they don’t have to work as the gullible government will pay them 14k a year to sit on their arse and watch the Jeremy Kyle show all day!Bring back hanging!
